~~No pics for now~~ (what could be more interesting than a giant block of text?), May usually does all the stuff with the site (I don’t even know how to edit that status thingy to the right) and May disappeared shortly before I (refinder) went on vacation. You know, I expected the first batch of 10 eps with the new encodes to be out by now, the typesetting to be done up to ep 36, and some other things we’re working on to have gotten done… Well, anyway, I’m stuck doing more work in this group and 35 on isn’t typesetted yet, up to 35 has the trans totally done and just needs the dame (why is it when I make a pun everyone thinks it’s a typo?) typesetting, 36 is in TL check, 37 and 38 I haven’t even looked at yet meaning I have a CRAP LOAD of editing and timing to do now… enough of this, enjoy the release whoever might still be following us.

Some updates maybe?

- Translator is currently in Japan, but we still get in touch with him. We are already up to epi 34 for translations.

- The Batch of FT is likely being hold-up by none other than myself. Doing all those missing signs due to my lack of experience, is really taking a toll in my motivation. But, it’s slowly getting done.

- Editor/Timer going to New York for vacation from July 9 – 21. So, I’m likely to handle all the past episodes, when he’ll be off for this trip of his.

Project on-going

- Fairy Tail

- FMA Brotherhood OVA 4

- FMA Brotherhood Short Skits (Someone accidently deleted the scripts up to the latest ones, so we’ll have to redo it again)

Project to pick up

- Mirai Nikki OAD

- Hunter x Hunter Pilot (if we ever get a good Raw compared to our current one)

As always, we need a new translator to pick up an additional show, so we can get that other editor of ours to work during summer. And as always, drop by to our IRC channel.

refinder: I’d like a translation checker so that when out main TL can’t be contacted I’ll have someone to ask about the lingering lines I have questions about. Seriously, 32 – 34 is stuck in TL check before it can get stuck in typesetting and then QC hell.

Some Rants:

Seriously… WTF? I uploaded the latest version of FT 34′s script and then everything in the scripts folder deleted itself. That’s bullshit, BULL SHIT. Lucky for everyone else in this group I keep all the scripts I’m currently working on in some folder in my comp, I’m hoping the guy I was training to be an editor did the same with the FMA shorts or I’ll be seriously pissed off. Since may when through the trouble of putting a rant section in this post, I will take this opportunity to bad mouth her for various things. read more »
