We are proud to present our new project: Guilty Crown!
Torrent: 720p 10-bit!

It’s been 2 years already since I founded this group and finally our staff is expanding with 2 new members with zero experience!
A new, separate staff is working on Guilty Crown so it shouldn’t affect Fairy Tail’s overall progress… although if you look at our calendar board(anidb release graph), Fairy Tail releases are really slow because of school, winter break, vacation, etc.
Our new translator, `Hyrrokkin, just returned to the fansubbing community to help us get this project rolling. Nevertheless, I guarantee that our releases will be slow because of 3 reasons:
- We aim for Quality subs while having fun. (It’s totally possible to have fun subbing stuff!)
- We are mostly students working on this show and school comes first.
- We started late on this project…
And we lack a Raw provider willing to help us out. (We are still using shared .ts Raw!) Please let us know if you know a raw provider who might be able to help.
Translation notes:
- We’ll use the official naming.
- For this show, we’ll be doing 720p 10-bit encodes only. (We’ll see if we do the Blu-ray in January~)
- Everything is softsubbed, including the karaoke and typesetting.
- Feedback is always appreciated. I’m not sure what’s up with the hate trend lately…

- 5:30: **Typesetting mistake, not sure how we missed that one (Edit: Copy/pasta on IRC shitted the typesetting line). I`ll come up with a better QC process for the next episode…
- We’ll v2 this for the official Ending lyric song, and possibly the insert song once the CD comes out this November 30th.

Aww been following Guilty Crown since the start, if i knew you were going to sub it then i would have waited!
Hmm – I don’t get it.. a transport stream is a transport stream – how would your own raw-provider help? Or is it because you cannot be sure to get a hold of a shared raw for every episode?
also re the typesetting mistake at 5:30 – I fail to see any mistake with “You could say that I’m not on the same wavelength as everyone else.” – it is in italics, using the same font, so looks fine to me.
re “hat trend” towards you? Cannot see any hating towards you in the comments at least, not sure what you get spammed with using other means.
But if you want complaints I have one. crf of 17 with 10bit? That really is excessive – 18 with 8bit is already considered transparent, and with 10bit you can go up with the crf to retain the same quality, instead of reducing it even further. So I surely wouldn’t mind you using crf 19 or 20 for the next episode (I prefer smaller filesizes)
are u people going to realease something anytime soon?
