Although this is a old entry, I just want to point out that while is “filler” per se, what it is just an animation of the manga side story “The Blind Alchemist” found in the back of a FMA artbook.

We technically don’t need an encoder. Editor’s job is simply to rephrase the sentences of the translator into better English. It needs fluidity with each dialogue.

Odd. I use http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html to go to http://tracker.minglong.org/hiyono/ and it worked.

I dunno why it doesn’t work normally. Maybe Minglong has banned my IP address from their site?

If so it wasn’t me, because I just got this ISP hooked up a couple days ago. xD

I use utorrent as well, it downloaded fine for me. Maybe your technically problems go deeper than their tracker. I’m just third-party on this, so don’t take any offense, I’m just letting you know…. seems like you’re the only one with the problem. Doubt there is much that can be done for you here, they’re not paid to be your tech support. If it’ll help, and with Hiyono’s permission, I’ll distribute this OVA over nyaa……

I’ve got the latest build of utorrent. Minglong is the only tracker I seem to not be able to access.

BSS uses Minglong as well, and I cannot access theirs either.

I’ve never had much luck with IRC. :/

I would suggest updating your torrent client. Because I am seeding our torrents right now, and they are currently being downloaded…thus, the tracker is fine.

Again, as may said…you can always download via the channel.

If anyone else has an issue using our tracker, please let me know. But at the moment, I believe that Koby’s problem is an isolated issue.

Yes I torrent a lot… and your tracker is the only one not working for me…
and it’s still not working at present. :/
