We had quite some troubles with this episode.

  • The encoder couldn’t upload the encoded episode. So we have to encode it ourselves.
  • Our backup encoder managed to encode the episode but some flaws appeared.
  • Finals came in.
  • TL went MIA while leaving us at line 388 out of 468 lines. (OP/Ending lines included)
  • The encode episode was fixed by myself, the group leader.

Translation notes:

4:19 – Emera Baram:

The word “houshou” certainly does mean “flying phoenix.” I don’t trust whatever kanji you’ve got, though. Or maybe I do. Hell, I don’t know. Here’s my problem – why the fuck would there be “Emera Baram” as the name of his attack? Flying phoenix magic? What? If we ARE going by the provided kanji, swift emeralds and flying phoenixes don’t match up. And we’re also assuming that “emera” means “emerald.”

But “houshou” ALSO means “jewel born” or “origin in jewels.” This makes more sense in the labeling it as a type of “magic.” Also, this would correspond with the attack name (”baram” aside). With different kanji, of course.

But wait! There’s more! “Houshou” ALSO refers to Ratnasambhava, a god-type thing in Vajrayana Buddhism. Ratnasambhava is associated with jewels, not to mention that both Eligor and Ratnasambhava are depicted in mythology as riding flying horses. At a stretch, “Baram” also reads as “Brahma.”

    When will episode 9+ be release? It has been awhile, unless this project has been dropped.

    We stalled it until a Translator joins the team, so who knows how long it will take. We don’t have any intention of dropping any shows so you’ll just have to wait for now…
