While lurking the internet, as we all so often do for whatever reasons, I found out about this:
This edit was probably due to a spree of knife stabbing murders earlier the month the episode was originally aired, so same sort of situation that caused the last episodes of Higurashi Kai and School Days to be delayed.

So, episode 359 got edited, I remember being vastly disappointed when I fist saw that episode… good thing I’ve already decided to rearchive. But I still have to wonder if the Japanese DVD version will have the same edits or if it will be left untouched? I suppose once FUNimation has this episode on their site (years from now) I could go check and see if it is uncut (if I remember years form now).
Now onto newer business that most people reading this probably won’t even care about.
As far as fansubbing goes, Fairy Tail is taking a back seat for the time being so we can work on projects that we can actually work on (with the main translator still on holiday, there is nothing we can do).

So now we’re working on the second FMA Brotherhood OVA: Simple People, in joint (or at least with SIGNIFICANT aid from BUTAZARU, a Polish subbing group), so expect that (in shitty quality) as soon as we get a few lines in the script TL checked (then wait around until a non-shit raw surfaces so we can release a v2 of it since may absolutely insists on releasing it first like a dog let loose in a park filled with fresh never-been-peed-on-before trees).
Quality checking is important you know.
As for MOT, we’re making more progress subbing Mizugi Kanojo (I don’t care if Erobeat already released a decent version, I’ve been working on this since November already) than we are with Kibun Kibun (our TL for Kibun says he was forced to spend his break sharing his bedroom with his aunt and cousin…. how that works out at his age is beyond me, but I’ve been put through weirder things in my family so who am I to say anything).
But personally I sense an ego trip oncoming for (or already in progress) going on around here. Staying humble is pointless with anonymity, but we’re not really like that, are we?

surprise surprise…while the germans have a strict policy on what is aired on the tv networks, especially for the blood and gore shows, anime, etc. the japanese would never apply censorship on them.that means only one thing:something is changing.
